• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Professional certification in Supply Chain/Inventory Management will be an advantage.

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Store/Warehouse Management, preferably in the RMG/Textile industry.
• Strong knowledge of general store, warehouse, inventory, and material management.
• Experience in managing a large-scale store operation and a team.
• Strong knowledge of ERP-based inventory management systems.
• Good understanding of inventory control, stock reconciliation, MRR, FIFO/FEFO, and warehouse processes.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in handling internal, customer, and compliance audits will be an advantage.
• Excellent leadership and team management capability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
• Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Context:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Incharge – Garments Store to lead and manage overall store operations, inventory control, warehouse management, material flow, and logistics coordination. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate storage and timely availability of materials to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall General Store & Warehouse operations.
• Ensure proper receiving, inspection, storage, preservation, and issuance of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory, stock records, bin cards, and ERP transactions.
• Implement effective FIFO/FEFO, stock control, and inventory management systems.
• Monitor material requisition, issuance, transfer, and return processes.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of fabric, accessories, packing materials, spare parts, and other general materials.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Minimize inventory discrepancies, wastage, damages, and obsolete stock.
• Ensure proper 5S, safety, housekeeping, and warehouse discipline.
• Lead and develop the store team and ensure efficient manpower utilization.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production, Merchandising, Procurement, Commercial, Accounts, and other departments for smooth material flow.
• Prepare and analyze inventory reports, stock statements, and store performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and applicable standards.
