Job Context:
∎ Maintaining access to WASH, Shelter, Energy and Self-Reliance services for the Rohingyas in Bangladesh.
∎ The key purpose of this position is to carry out the duties and responsibilities of ‘Warehouse Supervisor‘ to ensure effective implementation of Shelter interventions maintaining the highest possible level of standards and quality by ensuring necessary support to the project and utilizing resources for implementation. In this circumstance, the organization is looking for a qualified individual to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the Shelter and Site Development Services.
∎ The duration of the contract will be until December 31, 2022.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize the documents related to delivery confirmation.
∎ Record store material receipts and consumption on daily basis.
∎ Checking physical stock weekly.
∎ Manage Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) procedures to ensure department compliance with regulations by performing periodic safety & health risk assessment.
∎ Coordinate periodic maintenance of the facilities and escalate any malfunction to the Warehouse in Charge.
∎ Ensure warehouse housekeeping and workplace safety.
∎ Perform other relevant duties as required for the project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum one year professional experience in warehouse/Store at humanitarian context.
∎ Basic computer knowledge on MS office applications.
∎ Good communication and networking, Fluency in Local language will get preferences.
Salary: Tk. 42089 (Monthly)
