Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree in any Discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to prepare training module, schedule for the training of the marginalized and field level loanee and staffs of the micro finance program
∎ Coordinate the whole micro finance staffs, group leaders and entrepreneurs.
∎ Maintain HARVEST training records, Papers, Hard copy & soft copy etc.
∎ Coordinate official events, orientation, training and meetings etc.
∎ Prepare monthly HARVEST Training report.
∎ Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly HARVEST Training related Bill Voucher
∎ Prepare monthly Work plan & field visit.
∎ Interpret CSS policies and regulations to employees.
∎ Ensure distribution of updated Training related equipment.
∎ Provide necessary MFP Training reports on time.
∎ Assist Director HRM & PMEL & Director MFP to give necessary information.
∎ Give necessary training or PSO to new joining staff to HARVEST Project.
∎ Keeping good coordination with all assigned departments or Projects.
∎ Carry out any other duties related to the organization, as requested by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2-3 years practical experience in training field of Micro-Finance.
∎ The candidate should have Computer Literacy. Especially on MS Office Application.
∎ Candidate should have general TOT and have ability to conduct training.
∎ The Candidate should be honest, non smoker and hard worker.
∎ Experienced candidates will get Priority.
Salary: Tk. 16200 (Monthly)
