Job Context

YADEPAN is looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant to handle routine accounting work and support day-to-day office administration. The selected candidate should be organised, detail-oriented, and willing to take on additional administrative duties. Candidates who can also support online sales may be eligible for additional commissions or performance-based bonuses under the company’s approved policy.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and organise relevant financial documents.

• Record and track financial transactions, expenses, and other accounting information.

• Assist with account reconciliation and the preparation of financial reports as required.

• Keep accounting documents and records organised and readily available for review.

• Support day-to-day office administration and related documentation.

• Coordinate with management and colleagues on accounting and administrative matters.

• Where online sales duties are assigned, help respond to customer enquiries, follow up with prospective customers, and maintain relevant sales records.

Additional commissions or performance-based bonuses may be available for eligible online sales responsibilities, subject to the company`s approved incentive policy.
