Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in social science discipline from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for planning, organizing and facilitating all capacity building activities of the project
∎ Prepare all sorts of training manual and modules in consultation with project management team and the donor
∎ Organisation and implementation of comprehensive trainings on "Peace and non-violent Conflict Transformation" for student forum members, teachers, SMC members and CSOs
∎ Developing of contents, methodology and material of trainings
∎ Support to organize different target group forums as per project objectives
∎ Advocacy with relevant stakeholders through effective communication, coordination and networking (CSOs, local authorities, school authorities, service providers, etc.)
∎ Support in development of action plan and other activities of student forums and CSO’s and advocacy with public authorities

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in organizing, managing of human rights/governance/peace/conflict related training in any national or international organizations;
∎ Working experience in development cooperation sector with a focus on advocacy and training activities;
∎ Profound working experience with civil society and public authorities as well as project participants (young and adult) at grassroots level;
∎ Profound working experience regarding implementation of local level activities, including trainings, meetings, public events and advocacy with local public authorities;
∎ Profound communication skills and Bengali competence;
∎ Able to make efficient training plan and implementation using available resources
∎ Able to prepare training manuals, modules, advocacy papers and policy drafts
∎ Able to drive motor cycle and frequent field visit driving motor cycle
∎ Computer literacy on MS Word, Excel, Power point and more
∎ Able to prepare factual result oriented reports
∎ Knowledge and experience on conflict analysis, prevention and peace building is preferable.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 35110 (Monthly)
∎ Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, Travel Allowance, Health Insurance and Leave benefit will be entitled as per organizational policy.
