Educational Requirements:
∎ Post graduate degree in Development Studies, Social Science, Agriculture or any other relevant discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support Field Facilitator’s and Advocacy Assistant’s for planning, implementation and evaluation of project activities at the field level.
∎ Supervise Field Facilitator’s and Advocacy Assistant on regular basis.
∎ Visit the target group members regularly.
∎ Generate new and innovative ideas for effective implementation of project activities.
∎ Assist in team building and lead the team for planning and implementation of activities as per project designed.
∎ Facilitate meeting, discussion, training session, technical support, and guidance to the target group as well as staff.
∎ Maintain effective liaison with local elected bodies, Upazila level Gov’t Officials, Civil Society Leader, Community Based Organizations, Non-government organizations and others as required.
∎ Effective communication and coordination with District Coordinator, Project Accountant, Unit Accountant, FF’s, AA’s and FA’s for smooth operation and implementation of project activities.
∎ Monitor the field activities and provide guideline towards the staffs for self-performance.
∎ Monitor inputs and its effective utilization at group level.
∎ Prepare performance appraisal of the staff and evaluation their activities.
∎ Prepare and submit periodical reports to the District Coordinator.
∎ Purchase and selling of assets according to policy and ensure of quality of assets as a committee member.
∎ Prepare other documents as when required.
∎ Assist FF’s, AA’s and target group members for purchasing and selling asset.
∎ To prepare record and documents and preserve it as per project needs and share with the stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound background of project management and implementation;
∎ Sound knowledge on livelihood intervention and experience on women focused livelihood;
∎ Able to make plan and organizing task;
∎ Able to drive motorcycle with valid driving license and willing to stay in remote areas;
∎ Able to prepare factual report, documentation;
∎ Proven project and staff management skills with a good track record;
∎ Excellent analytical skills;
∎ Excellent in team work, networking and communication;
∎ Minimum 5 years job experiences in community mobilization and development,
∎ Computer skill on MS Word and Excel,
∎ Good interpersonal communication skill in both verbal and written in English and Bangla,
∎ Strong analytical ability and motivation in working with Adivasi poor people in remote areas.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 27400 (Monthly)
∎ PF, Gratuity, Health insurance and Leave benefit will be applicable as per organizational policy.

∎ 2.25 festival bonus
