Job Other Benifits
Basic salary: BDT 15,000 per month under the institution`s Grade 2 pay scale.
Two festival bonuses annually, each equivalent to 50% of basic salary.
A 5% annual increment.
A monthly medical allowance of 5% of basic salary.
A monthly house rent allowance of 5% of basic salary.
Mandatory provident fund contributions, with 70% of the relevant amount allocated to eligible teachers and employees after deducting expenses.
An equal share of 50% of the institution`s net income allocated among eligible teachers and employees.
