Education
- A degree in Computer Science/Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Information Technology (IT), or a related field from a government or government-approved university
- An Alim or equivalent qualification in Islamic Studies from a government-approved institution under the relevant education board, or a Master's degree or equivalent in Arabic or Islamic Studies from a government or government-approved university.
