• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process

• Maintain employee records and HR databases

• Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management

• Support performance management and appraisal processes

• Handle employee engagement and retention initiatives

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

• Assist in training and development programs

• Address employee queries and support HR operations

• Coordinate with SBU heads to sustain high-performing employees,

• Communicate with the Accounts & Internal Audit departments to follow up on any pending bills or advance adjustments.
