Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/MBS in Accounting/Finance/Management from reputed University
∎ CA Knowledge Level Qualification will be given preference
∎ Skills Required: ORACLE EBS, Oracle ERP, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)

∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
bank reconciliation, Export/ Import through L/C, Finance/ Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Correspondence with bank to maintain relationship for related LC documents Payment, Loan creation & repayment, balance Confirmation
∎ Prepare and review import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and import licenses, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
∎ Responsible for checking and verifying loan repayment schedule of Oracle in AP Module
∎ Import PO Match and adjust LC retirement cost against foreign supplier bill & invoice of import duty payment after confirming with Bank Statement
∎ Calculate the monthly provision for interest on Bank loan and making provisional Entry
∎ Responsible for recording loan and loan related interest and other charges in AP Module of ORCLE EBS
∎ Making reconciliation of Oracle systems Loan Report with Bank loan liability/Position at the end of month input loan and interest reconciliation with general ledger at the end of the month
∎ Maintaining regular communication with finance/commercial personal to ensure proper documentation against regular banking transaction
∎ Any other assignment in related area as per requirements of Head of the Department
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience working with letters of credit in a similar role
∎ In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, Tax and Import Tax, VAT Bill of Lading etc
∎ Familiarity with banking procedures and documentation related to letters of credit
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
∎ Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
∎ Proficiency in using relevant software applications, such as ORACLE, MS Office or banking platforms
