∎ MBA/MBS in Accounting/Finance from reputed university with CA-CC
∎ Skills Required: Income Tax and VAT, Tax Law, Taxation
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the preparation and filing of income tax returns for the organization & employees, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations
∎ Conduct research on tax laws and regulations to stay updated on changes and developments that may impact the organization's tax position
∎ Analyze financial data and transactions to identify tax planning opportunities and develop strategies to minimize tax liabilities in compliance with tax Laws
∎ Prepare and review tax calculations, estimates, and projections to ensure accuracy and compliance
∎ Assist in managing tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities, including gathering required documentation and providing necessary explanations
∎ Ensure attendance in hearing and assessment process, including appeal, tribunal, Board, Inspection, Range, Audit etc
∎ Stay informed about changes in tax regulations and communicate updates to relevant departments within the organization
∎ Assist in the implementation and maintenance of tax-related policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Proven experience as a VAT Expert, VAT Consultant, or similar role, with a strong understanding of VAT laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
∎ In-depth knowledge of VAT systems, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex VAT regulations and apply them to practical situations.
∎ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in VAT reporting and documentation.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties.
∎ Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
∎ Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and changes in VAT legislation.
