Responsibilities & Context
1. Four-year Bachelor's (Honours) degree and Master's degree in the relevant discipline from recognised universities.
2. Minimum 4 years of teaching experience at the university level, preferably as a Lecturer.
3. At least 3 research publications in recognised peer-reviewed journals, preferably including Scopus-indexed journals.
4. A strong academic background with consistently satisfactory academic results at the undergraduate (Honours) and postgraduate levels.
5. Demonstrated ability in effective teaching, student mentoring, curriculum development and academic activities.
6. Research aptitude with the ability to undertake independent and collaborative research and contribute to scholarly publications.
7. Ability to assist in departmental administration, academic planning, examination activities, quality assurance and other institutional responsibilities.
8. Good communication, interpersonal, organisational and teamwork skills.
9. Experience in research project management, academic collaboration and professional engagement will be given preference.
