Responsibilities & Context
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
● Achieve monthly sales targets.
● Lead and manage the sales team within an assigned area.
● Ensure SKU availability at target outlets according to company guidelines.
● Track individual and team performance against targets and take corrective action when necessary.
● Submit regular sales performance reports to the supervisor.
● Monitor sales and channel-team activities and individual performance.
● Collect and review feedback from customers, retailers, and distributors.
