Responsibilities & Context
Position: Solar Technician/ Battery Technician/ Technical
YiChu New Energy OPC is engaged in the import and export of solar panels, portable power stations, generators, batteries, battery-powered lights, and other electrical and renewable energy related products. The company focuses on international trade, technical product evaluation, supplier coordination, product quality, and business development in the energy sector.
Job Location: Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh
• Salary: USD 1,400–1,600 per month, negotiable based on qualifications and experience

Key Responsibilities -
Install, inspect, test, and maintain solar panels and related equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot solar system faults and performance issues.
Check wiring, inverters, controllers, and electrical connections.
Conduct routine maintenance and prepare technical service reports.
Provide technical support to customers and business partners Perform battery charging, capacity testing, performance assessment, and troubleshooting.
Identify battery defects and coordinate with suppliers regarding technical issues and warranty claims.
Maintain battery testing records and technical documentation.
Follow electrical safety procedures during battery handling, testing, and maintenance.
Manage technical operations related to solar panels, batteries, generators, and portable power stations.
Evaluate technical specifications, product quality, and supplier compliance before importation.
Coordinate with overseas manufacturers regarding technical requirements, product defects, and quality assurance.
Supervise technical staff, including Solar Technicians and Battery Technicians.
Manage product inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and after-sales technical support.
Support procurement and management teams in technical product selection and supplier evaluation.
Prepare technical reports and recommend improvements in product quality and service delivery.
