• Willingness to undertake frequent field visits and travel to borrowers' business premises across the country.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our Credit Administration Department (CAD). The role will focus on conducting technical inspections and monitoring borrowers’ business premises, projects, inventory, and operational activities to assess project progress, financing utilization, and operational efficiency. The position will also involve identifying potential risks and preparing inspection and MIS reports to support effective credit risk management and management oversight.

Job Grade - Junior Officer to Junior Assistant Vice President (JAVP)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of borrowers’ factories, warehouses, and business premises to assess operational performance, infrastructure, and business activities.

• Evaluate production capacity, capacity utilization, machinery, utilities, and overall operational efficiency.

• Monitor project implementation progress, infrastructure development, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and utilization of project financing.

• Conduct physical verification of inventory and assess stock adequacy against working capital facilities and related liabilities.

• Identify discrepancies, irregularities, and potential stock-related and operational risks.

• Monitor export performance, work orders, production trends, insurance coverage, external credit ratings, approved deferrals, and other relevant credit risk indicators.

• Coordinate with customers’ technical experts, merchandisers, and relevant stakeholders to review order status, production challenges, and technical matters.

• Prepare inspection-based reports for submission to the Board Risk Management Committee (BRMC) and develop MIS reports to support management decision-making.
