Business Development Officer

• 2 to 3 years

• Education: Graduate degree in Business or a related social science discipline.

• 2 to 3 years

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in the marketing or business development department of a diagnostic center, or healthcare organization.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint alongside strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, with a preferred deep understanding of local market dynamics.
• Previous work experience in Sunamganj will be given preference.
• Ethical Practice: A strict commitment to patient-first, evidence-based diagnostics, free from unnecessary commercial targets or unethical practice pressures.

About us: Panacea Diagnostic & Consultation Center (PDCC) is a new healthcare initiative in Sunamganj District, being established with the vision of providing high-quality diagnostic services and convenient access to specialist consultations. Our mission is to support healthcare specialists practicing in Sunamganj City and adjacent Upazilas while serving patients by reducing the need for long-distance travel, facilitating timely diagnosis, and bringing essential diagnostic services closer to the community.

Business Development Officer

Job Location: Hasan Nagar, Sunamganj

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic traditional and digital marketing initiatives to promote SSDC’s diagnostic and consultation services.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare specialists and physicians in Sunamganj City and adjacent upazilas.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns, social media promotions, health camps, seminars, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
• Drive business growth and consistently achieve management-established targets.

Salary: BDT 15,000-20,000/month (Based on experience and qualifications). Other Benefits: Mobile bill allowance, Conveyance allowance, Festival bonus, and other benefits as per organizational policy.
