Responsibilities & Context
Handle inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding appointments, medical services, procedures, and healthcare packages.
Make outbound calls to inform patients about home sample collection, health screening packages, diagnostic services, and other healthcare offerings.
Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and follow up on doctor appointments.
Provide accurate information about services, packages, procedures, pricing, and pre-appointment requirements.
Maintain accurate records of calls, patient information, appointments, and follow-ups.
Handle patient calls professionally and empathetically while maintaining confidentiality.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant department or supervisor.
