Responsibilities & Context
Make outbound calls to US homeowners using our dialer and provided lead lists
Introduce our clients' home improvement services clearly and confidently, following the call script and approved talking points
Qualify prospects by confirming ownership, location, project need, and interest
Handle common objections politely and keep the conversation moving toward a booked appointment
Schedule appointments for our US contractor clients and confirm the details with the homeowner
Log every call outcome accurately in the CRM and meet daily data-entry standards
Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, conversations, and appointments set
Follow US calling compliance rules, including do-not-call requests, and maintain a professional tone on every call
Attend team briefings and coaching sessions, and apply feedback from call reviews to improve your results
Report to your team supervisor and work with the quality team to maintain appointment quality
