Antora is a Premium & Corporate Marriage Media based in Gulshan. We are looking for *4 dedicated, smart, and well-mannered Customer Care Executives (Female)* to join our support team.
*Job Responsibilities:*
Assist our premium clients over phone, WhatsApp & in-person by explaining our service packages clearly and professionally.
Handle all incoming & outgoing calls, emails, and messages with utmost courtesy and professionalism.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure they feel valued, supported, and well-informed.
Maintain and update client database, profiles, and appointment schedules accurately.
Support the senior team in day-to-day client management activities.
Ensure a warm, welcoming, and premium experience for clients visiting our office.
*Requirements:*
Must be Well-Educated (Minimum Graduate / Currently pursuing Masters).
Excellent communication skills in both Bangla & English.
Must have a positive attitude, patience, and eagerness to learn.
Must be Smart, Presentable, and Well-Mannered.
Proficient in MS Office, Email, and Social Media handling.
Previous experience in Customer Care / Call Center / Client Relationship will be an added advantage.
Freshers are also encouraged to apply if confident and good in English.
Must be comfortable working with a female-led corporate team.
Must maintain 100% confidentiality of client information.
