Responsibilities & Context
Experience in Corporate HR operations and implementation of HR policies across factories.
Practical experience in recruitment and selection, manpower planning, and talent acquisition.
Knowledge of Performance Management Systems (PMS), KPI setting, and performance appraisal.
Basic knowledge of Social Compliance, buyer requirements, and workplace standards.
Good understanding of Bangladesh Labor Law and employment regulations.
Experience in factory HR monitoring, reporting, and corrective action follow-up.
Strong communication and coordination skills with HO and factory management.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
