Responsibilities & Context
Handle time-to-time document submissions in the Nirapon safety portal.
Prepare, implement, and monitor corrective action plans within the portal.
Design training calendars and plans, and actively conduct safety training sessions.
Maintain and update all Nirapon safety legal documents for the monitoring team.
Act as the lead manager for the internal Nirapon safety monitoring team.
Monitor all structural, electrical, and fire safety issues, ensuring execution and rectification as required.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, ILO standards, and buyer COC and the Company policies.
Able to face various types of Compliance audits (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, BWB, SCAN & NIRAPON).
Any other task assigned by the management.
