The candidate must have at least 6 years of experience in the HR & Admin Department of an RMG factory.
Responsibilities & Context
Manage recruitment, interviews, joining, and employee placement.
Investigate misconduct and take disciplinary action as per law.
Monitor attendance, overtime, leave, and absenteeism.
Prepare documents and support buyer and social audits.
Handle grievances, workplace conflicts, and disciplinary matters.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and Rules.
Monitor canteen, drinking water, sanitation, housekeeping and welfare facilities.
Maintain employee databases, personal files, and HR reports.
