• Confirm and verify online orders through phone calls.

• Maintain professional communication with customers to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Process and manage daily orders efficiently.

• Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally through phone calls & Social Media Replies.

• Update order status and customer information accurately in the system.

• Prepare and maintain basic order-related reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
