Responsibilities & Context
Manage and follow up on leads from Facebook, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other platforms
Contact prospective students and understand their study-abroad goals
Provide accurate information about courses, universities, admission requirements, and application procedures
Counsel students based on their academic background, budget, and career plans
Maintain regular communication with students and parents
Convert inquiries into counseling appointments and applications
Keep lead information and follow-up records updated
Coordinate with the admission and visa processing team
Provide professional support throughout the student’s application journey
Achieve monthly follow-up and enrollment targets
