∎ Excellent command over MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and presentation skills

∎ Must have good verbal and written communication skill in both Bengali and English.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive inbound calls from leads interested in medical tourism services.
∎ Qualify leads by gathering essential information such as budget, preferences, and timeline.
∎ Follow up promptly with leads via phone to nurture relationships and provide additional information.
∎ Document all interactions and update lead status in the CRM system.
∎ Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up procedures.
∎ Provide regular reports on lead activity, conversion rates, and any emerging trends or patterns.
∎ Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times while representing the company.
∎ Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to effectively address customer inquiries.
