• A strong portfolio demonstrating previous interior design/architecture projects will be preferred.

Job Context

Shade Design Limited, a sister concern of Paramount Group, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Executive – Interior Architecture to prepare interior design concepts and technical drawings, select materials, and coordinate site execution to ensure projects meet approved designs, quality standards, and timelines.

Job Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and assist in developing suitable interior design concepts, space plans, layouts, and mood boards.

• Prepare interior design and architectural working drawings, including floor plans, sections, elevations, reflected ceiling plans (RCPs), and furniture or millwork details.

• Conduct site surveys and measurements and prepare drawings based on actual site conditions.

• Select and recommend suitable materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures based on design requirements, quality, availability, and budget.

• Prepare material specifications, quantity estimates, and other technical documents required for project execution.

• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and verify that work follows approved designs, drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, decorators, and suppliers to resolve design-related issues and facilitate project execution.

• Monitor assigned design and drawing deliverables to ensure completion within the approved project schedule.

• Update drawings based on approved revisions and maintain proper records of drawings, material specifications, site observations, and project progress.
