Website design and maintain

• Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, networking, and internet connectivity.

• Provide IT support for trading terminals, brokerage software, and back-office operations.

• Ensure IT security, data backup, and uninterrupted system availability during trading hours.

• Maintain IT equipment, inventory, and related documentation.

• Provide technical support to employees and coordinate with IT service providers.

• Ensure compliance with applicable BSEC, DSE, CSE, and other relevant regulatory IT and cybersecurity requirements.

• Ability to work under pressure and provide prompt technical support during stock market trading hours.
