Executive - Internal Audit

CA (CC) is compulsory

Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, audit documentation, and analytical reporting.

Knowledge of internal control frameworks and risk assessment tools.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits across production, procurement, inventory, quality, maintenance, HR, sales, and finance.

Verify raw material consumption, production output, process loss, wastage, rejection, and product costing.

Conduct physical verification of raw materials, WIP, finished goods, spare parts, and fixed assets.

Review purchase orders, supplier quotations, bills, vouchers, payments, and compliance with approval authority.

Evaluate inventory discrepancies, slow-moving stock, scrap disposal, and material traceability.

Review maintenance expenses, machinery utilization, energy consumption, and breakdown records.

Identify control weaknesses, financial irregularities, fraud risks, and operational inefficiencies.

Prepare audit reports with observations, root causes, risks, impacts, and practical recommendations.

Follow up on audit findings and monitor corrective-action implementation.

Perform special audits and other assignments as directed by the Head of Internal Audit.
