Responsibilities & Context
Achieving sales target as per sales plan.
Root level work (daily farm visit) with the farmers (poultry/fish/cattle farms).
Collect information and regularly monitor product performance and customer satisfaction.
To develop retailers/agents in the gap markets for exploring business opportunities.
To ensure maximizing potential retailers & dealers.
Regular follow up of sales order with the payments.
To run business within company approved policy.
To prepare daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales & delivery reports.
Maintain sales activity records and prepare timely sales reports.
To establish, develop & maintain positive business with customer to create loyalty toward company.
