Executive Welfare & Compliance

Diploma in Social Compliance will be preferable.

Experience: 2 to 8 years

To establish contacts and hold consultations with a view to maintaining harmonious relations between the management of the factory and the workers.

To bring to the notice of the management of the factory the grievance of workers, individuals as well as collective, with a view to securing their expeditious redress.

To keep co-ordination with the medical officer of the factory for better services and treatment of workers.

To encourage the formation of work committee and joint production committee, co- operative societies and welfare committee and to supervise their working.

To look after the provision of amenities, such as dining, childcare, adequate and clean latrine facility, drinking water and the like.

Conduct or arrange formal & informal training for the worker's about labor law, certification as well as buyers' requirements & monitoring physical Compliance. To work as advised by the factory management.

To ensure proper house keeping all over the factory.

To follow any other task assign by the management/ superior.
