During the first six months of the probationary/training period, the selected candidates will receive the salary mentioned above, along with actual transportation expenses where applicable.
Upon successful completion of the training period, candidates demonstrating satisfactory performance may be appointed as permanent employees of the institution.
Permanent employees will be eligible for salary and allowances, annual increments, two festival bonuses per year, performance bonuses, incentives, and other applicable benefits in accordance with the institution's policies.
