•     Proven influencer project experience, from selection and briefing to review and publication

•     Product understanding and the ability to turn selling points into clear briefs and scripts

•     Bangla and English communication, written and spoken

•     Filming, video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar), photography and graphic design skills

•     Content review skills and strong project execution

•     Consumer electronics, technology, lifestyle brand or agency experience may be considered; mobile or technology industry experience is an advantage.

Candidates need to submit influencer projects, scripts, videos, photography and design samples and state their personal contribution to each project.

•     Influencer selection and coordination: Identify influencers against product positioning, audience, selling points and budget; evaluate audience fit, style, past performance, pricing and reliability; coordinate deliverables.

•     Product brief and script development: Write content briefs, creative directions and scripts from approved product information, defining mandatory messages, demonstrations and formats while leaving room for each influencer’s style.

•     Script and content review: Review scripts, rough cuts, final videos and publishing copy for product accuracy, visuals, voiceovers, subtitles and brand presentation; give specific feedback, manage versions and secure final approval.

•     Timeline and publishing management: Own the schedule from influencer confirmation to publication, set owners and deadlines, flag delays early, and collect published links and performance data.

•     Basic content production: Independently produce product demonstrations, feature videos, event assets, short-video edits, subtitles, thumbnails, simple photo retouching and social media visuals. Complex designs and higher-production shoots go to designers or the agency.
