Channel / Market Operations Executive

Hands-on channel sales or market operations experience with a mobile phone brand, consumer electronics brand, distributor, or established electronics retail chain.

Direct experience managing dealers or retail outlets and conducting regular field visits.

Understanding of distributor–dealer–retailer relationships, channel margins, incentives, inventory, and sell-in versus sell-out.

Ability to diagnose store performance problems and propose practical actions.

Strong relationship management and negotiation skills, with the ability to enforce agreed standards.

Working Excel skills for sales, stock, and target tracking.

Strong Bangla communication skills and sufficient English for reporting and internal coordination.

Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.

Manage relationships with dealers, distributors, store owners, and store managers within the assigned region.

Track sell-in, sell-out, stock levels, and target achievement; identify underperforming stores and implement improvement plans.

Conduct regular market visits to verify store performance, understand local demand, and collect competitor information.

Follow up on replenishment, slow-moving stock, product availability, and stock transfers with relevant teams.

Explain and implement approved channel policies, incentives, and promotional offers.

Review store support and subsidy effectiveness, and provide evidence-based recommendations to management.

Coordinate with training, IoT, user operations, and store inspection colleagues to improve execution.

Follow issues through to resolution, with clear owners, deadlines, and evidence of completion.
