WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 1–2+ years of experience in the smartphone industry in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication & people management skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for retail, gadgets & smartphones.
• Willingness to work in the field and achieve sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, manage & develop the promoter team to achieve sales targets.
• Arrange training programs for new products and skill development for the VBA team.
• Execute new product launches, retail promotions & activities.
• Ensure retail image standards and drive effective demo implementation.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching & drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HQ and cross-functional teams for effective execution.
