• 3–5 years of relevant experience in industrial electrical work, maintenance, installation, or technical training.

• Previous teaching or instructor experience is preferred; strong industry experience with the ability to teach will also be considered.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, electrical safety, wiring, motors, and control circuits.

• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and demonstrate practical tasks.

• Good classroom management, communication, and learner assessment skills.

• Responsible, organized, safety-conscious, and able to work collaboratively.

About Microtech Technical Training Center

Microtech Technical Training Center (MTTC) provides practical technical training to help learners build job-ready skills. MTTC is introducing an Industrial Electrical course and is seeking an instructor to deliver the training and support learners’ practical development.

Role overview

The Instructor will plan and deliver classroom and workshop instruction in industrial electrical systems, guide hands-on practice, assess learner progress, and help maintain a safe and well-organized training environment.

Job location: Kha Para, Asia Pump, Tongi, Gazipur

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging theoretical and hands-on lessons in Electrical Training .

• Demonstrate electrical tools, equipment, wiring methods, control circuits, and safe work practices.

• Prepare lesson plans, practical exercises, learning materials, and workshop activities aligned with course objectives.

• Supervise learners during practical work and ensure safety procedures are followed at all times.

• Assess learner knowledge and practical competency; maintain attendance, assessment, and progress records.

• Maintain training tools and equipment, and report faults, hazards, or material requirements.

• Support course improvement and contribute to a disciplined, inclusive learning environment.
