Responsibilities & Context
Hajee Air Travels Ltd, an IATA-accredited air ticket consolidator operating since 1999, is looking for a Telesales Executive (Female) for our head office in Naya Paltan, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to sell air tickets, tour packages and travel services.
Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries professionally in Bangla and English.
Explain fares, routes, baggage rules and offers clearly to customers.
Follow up on leads from Facebook, website and phone inquiries and convert them into bookings.
Coordinate with the reservation and ticketing team to confirm bookings.
Maintain daily call records and customer data in the system.
Meet daily and monthly call and sales targets.
Build good relationships with customers and ensure repeat business.
