• Age At least 24 years

1–3 years of experience in field sales in Interior Sector, corporate sales, or business development.

Experience in interior design, construction, real estate, furniture, or building materials will be highly preferred.

Candidates with proven experience in client acquisition and project-based sales will receive preference.

• Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for residential, commercial, corporate, and office interior projects.

• Conduct regular field visits to potential clients, corporate offices, commercial establishments, and construction sites.

• Arrange and attend client meetings to understand project requirements, design preferences, budgets, and timelines.

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, direct visits, phone calls, and other business development activities.

• Visit project sites to assess client requirements and coordinate with the design and technical teams.

• Present company profiles, portfolios, interior design concepts, and service proposals to prospective clients.

• Coordinate with the design and estimation teams to prepare and submit quotations, BOQs, and proposals.

• Follow up with potential clients regularly to convert leads into confirmed projects.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and corporate organizations.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.

• Maintain accurate records of client visits, sales leads, meetings, follow-ups, and project opportunities.

• Prepare regular sales activity and progress reports for management.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
