Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, English, Journalism, Marketing, Mass Communication or a related discipline
5+ years in project or account management; creative agency or event delivery background preferred
Experience negotiating with vendors, tracking scope creep and owning project budgets
Fluent written and spoken English
Able to run several projects at once to deadline
Works smoothly across creative, operations and client teams
Proven expertise with agentic and generative AI tools is a plus
Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a Manager to lead a portfolio of key accounts, with full ownership of delivery, client relationship and commercial performance on each project. Candidates at Associate Manager level will also be considered, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day project operations across multiple client accounts: planning, scheduling and resourcing
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, and handle expectations and escalations
Lead vendor sourcing, negotiation, quality control and payment coordination
Own project budgets and cost tracking, and protect the margin on each account
Coordinate pitches and proposal submissions with the business development team
Supervise and review the work of junior project staff on assigned accounts
Flag scope, budget and timeline risks early and propose solutions
