Training in BGP, OSPF, MPLS, Routing & Switching.
Knowledge of Network Security, Firewall Management and Network Monitoring Tools.
Hands-on experience in ISP/IIG Network Infrastructure and NOC Operations.
Professional certifications in Cisco, MikroTik or Juniper will be given preference.

Responsibilities & Context
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
Configure and set up Wi-Fi routers, access points, and LAN connections.
Monitor the core network.
Provide user support (both physical and remote).
Offer POP-end support (if required).
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls.
Provide first-level troubleshooting & guidance.
Record service requests and escalate technical issues.
Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction.
