Responsibilities & Context
Develop and implement effective marketing and business development strategies to achieve organizational sales and revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities within the IIG, ISP, Corporate Internet, and Telecommunication sectors.
Acquire new corporate clients, ISP partners, and enterprise customers to expand the company's business portfolio.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential clients.
Generate leads, conduct client meetings, prepare business proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure successful deal closures.
Promote Internet Bandwidth, Corporate Internet Connectivity, Dedicated Internet, and other related ICT services.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer requirements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans, sales forecasts, and performance reports.
Lead, supervise, motivate, and evaluate the marketing team to ensure individual and departmental targets are achieved.
Coordinate with NOC, Technical, Support, Billing, and Accounts departments to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Ensure timely follow-up on client payments and outstanding bills in coordination with the Accounts & Billing Department.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure continuous business growth.
Report marketing activities, business achievements, and market developments to senior management.
