Education
B.Pharm or M.Pharm from a reputed and recognized university.
Candidates having specialization in Pharmaceutics / Pharmaceutical Sciences will get preference.

Shobuj Health Laboratories (Harbal Division) is looking for a competent, dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Manager or Assistant Manager – Product Development and Quality Assurance Department.
Job Responsibilities
For PD:
Lead and manage product development projects from product concept to commercialization.
Responsible to generate all documents of PD department like product specification, Stability, raw material specification, Recipe and Annexure, DGDA dossier to submit in regularity office.
Prepare, review and maintain product development protocols, reports, specifications, BMRs/BPRs and other technical documents.
For QA:
Ensure compliance with cGMP, WHO GMP, local regulatory requirements, and company quality standards. Review and approve Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR), SOPs, Protocols, and Reports.
Conduct internal audits and support external audits, regulatory inspections, and customer audits. Ensure implementation and effectiveness of Quality Management System (QMS).
