RANCON Industrial Solutions Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Manager / Senior Manager – Supply Chain Management to lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including local procurement, import management, and warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities

• Local Procurement: Lead local purchasing activities, supplier sourcing, vendor negotiations, price comparisons, and purchase order management.

• Import Management: Oversee import operations, including LC documentation, shipment tracking, customs clearance coordination, and liaison with banks, C&F agents, and freight forwarders.

• Warehouse Management: Supervise inventory control, stock reconciliation, material receiving and issuance, warehouse operations, and stock optimization.

• SCM Team Leadership: Lead, guide, and develop the SCM team to ensure operational efficiency, timely delivery, and effective coordination.

• Cost Optimization: Ensure cost-effective procurement strategies, supplier performance evaluation, and adherence to approved budgets.

• Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Finance, Sales, Project, Technical, and other relevant departments to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, import regulations, and internal control requirements.
