Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new retail and corporate clients to achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Conduct regular corporate visits and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

• Manage digital sales activities and generate leads through relevant digital media channels.

• Attend showroom duties as per roster to effectively engage and serve walk-in customers.

• Develop long-term client relationships by understanding and addressing customer requirements to drive repeat and future sales.

• Conduct product demonstrations, communicate key product features, explain service and warranty terms, and ensure completion of required sales documentation.

• Understand customer needs and effectively communicate product value in terms of quality, price, features, and delivery.

• Generate new leads through cold calls, customer visits, and other proactive sales initiatives.

• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Accounts teams to facilitate smooth and timely product delivery.

• Prepare sales reports, maintain accurate customer databases, and identify potential business opportunities.

• Support marketing initiatives by participating in trade shows, conferences, exhibitions, and other promotional events.

• Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales and customer visit reports.

• Stay updated on company policies, products, pricing, promotions, and best practices to ensure accurate and effective customer communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales.

• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in the automobile industry will have an added advantage.

• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers and business clients.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and attentive, with strong listening and relationship-management abilities.

• Ability to understand customer requirements and effectively recommend suitable products and solutions.

• Ability to take direction and guidance while demonstrating initiative and accountability.

• Strong ability to manage results, maintain compliance, and work toward achieving assigned sales targets.
