Job Context:
∎ Hot & Crusty Bakeries Ltd. is looking for a motivated and energetic Outlet Manager for it`s Outlet. The outlet Manager will be responsible for handling all the operations in a outlet.
∎ We have outlets in Asad Gate, Townhall, Ringroad, Wari, Panthapath, Uttara Sec 7 and Banasree.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail outlets, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
∎ Monitor sales and inventory levels to ensure that the outlets are achieving sales targets while maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
∎ Ensure cash handling procedures are followed strictly. Also manage and maintain accurate financial records, including cash registers, bank deposits, and petty cash.
∎ Manage and train outlet staff to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities and contributing to the outlets' overall success.
∎ Maintain accurate sales Records, inventory, and customer feedback to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
∎ Manage outlet budgets and expenses to ensure that they are within approved limits.
∎ Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for an outlet.
∎ Maintain Checklist (Opening & Closing) as per SOP.
∎ Maintain cordial relations with land Lords.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Bakery Outlets will be an added advantage.
Salary: Negotiable
