Experience

• 6 to 12 years with practical experience.
• The applicants should have experience in all types of Print, Color Kitchen, Develop of Print, Preparation and Development of Artwork.

• Candidates with experience in the Knit Garments industry will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context

• Prepare monthly print capacity analysis report (Print type wise).
• Prepare monthly capacity analysis report and chemical requirement.
• Prepare monthly embellishment plan.
• Co-ordination with cutting, sewing and planning.
• Ensure plan wise embellishment production.
• Follow and prepare TNA.
• Update embellishment plan if cutting & sewing line loading plan revised.
• Communicate with relevant departments for outsource.
• Conduct monthly plan review with relevant stake holders with actual sample.
• Attend various meeting with cross functional department. Review plan on daily basis and set alternative plan to meet customers’ deadlines.
• Build effective communication with the departments of fabric, merchandising, production, quality, store, and maintenance to facilitate execution of the plan.
• Attend all kinds of meetings with cross-functional departments.
• Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
• Any other relevant responsibilities assigned by the HOD/the top management.
