Practical experience in electrical products, manufacturing processes, machinery, and production equipment.
Hands-on experience in Injection Molding Machine, Mixture Machine, Crusher Machine, Heating Platform, Packaging, Operating Experience & Testing Equipment’s.
Responsibilities & Context
1. Production Operations
Oversee day-to-day factory operations and ensure smooth production.
2. Production Planning
Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve daily and monthly targets.
3. Monitor Production Performance
Monitor production efficiency, output, wastage, yield, machine downtime, and take necessary actions to improve performance.
4. Ensure Product Quality
Work closely with the Quality and R&D teams to maintain product quality and ensure cables meet the required standards.
5. Team Management
Manage production staff and ensure proper manpower utilization and productivity.
6. Material & Supply Coordination
Coordinate with the Supply Chain and Procurement teams to ensure the required raw materials and components are available on time.
7. Machine & Equipment
Monitor machines and equipment to reduce breakdowns and production delays.
8. Material & Cost Control
Control raw material usage and minimize wastage and unnecessary production costs.
9. Safety & Discipline
Maintain proper safety, discipline and cleanliness throughout the production area.
10. Reporting & Coordination
Prepare production reports and coordinate with other departments for smooth factory operations.
