Job Context:
∎ DASCOH Foundation is implementing USAID`s MaMoni Maternal and Newborn Care Strengthening Project in partnership of Save the Children International, Bangladesh with financial assistance of USAID. The project intends to strengthen the systems and standards of maternal and newborn care to reduce the mortality of the mother, newborn and child. The projects also contribute to improved health status, with special focus on maternal, neonatal and child health within primary health care system working with ministry of Health and Family Welfare using coordinated approach. Program Support Officer is a key player who directly responsible to carry out all sorts of financial and administrative activities of MaMoni MNCSP District office for smoothly operating the project following organizational policy and guidance as well as USAID`s compliances. S/he assists District Coordinator for preparing different legal documents and proper documents of finance issues maintaining appropriateness and confidentiality.
∎ The staff must follow the rules and regulation of the organization especially the Child safe guarding and gender disparity. The policy includes-at any situation could never abuse any child it any form of touching, gesturing, torturing or any other means. To be very careful to the protection of the child and never torture or appoint any child as servant and/or any incidence then and there report to organization management as well as to Save the children. Similarly, Gender rule/policy should also be followed strictly. Both the cases, organization have a policy of "Zero Tolerance". Violation of the rules may resulted termination or dismissed.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check regular basis of all bill/voucher produced at district and Upazila level
∎ Ensure all financial records made accurately and proper preservation at district
∎ Ensure logistics supply time manner with records for assigned district
∎ Ensure day to day bank transaction and expenditure with proper documents
∎ Ensure cash flow to the Upazila offices maintaining the organization policy comply with SCI and USAID’s policy and procedure
∎ Provide correct periodic financial report to Officer Program Operations and assist for compiling to submit SCI
∎ Keep inventory record of the project assets at district level
∎ Orient staff about the administrative and policy issue

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Expertise in the area of Finance and Admin
∎ Financial report writing, document preservation, etc.
∎ Knowledge on software based accounting.
∎ Sound knowledge on NGO finance management and policy procedure.
∎ Able to drive motor cycle with valid driving license and willingness to frequent field visit.
∎ Computer literacy on Excess, MS Word, Excel, Power point will added advantage.
∎ At least 3 years relevant experience on account and admin management working with any national or international organizations.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 28510 (Monthly)
∎ PF, Gratuity, Health insurance and Leave benefit will be applicable as per organizational policy.
