Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree preferable in any disciplines.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing trainings and workshops for strengthening community leadership for SGBV prevention and risk mitigation.
∎ Provide assistance in data collection, compiling lessons learned, establishing indicators to support knowledge sharing.
∎ Maintain, monitor and measure Gender Project implementation and contribute to effective information management on GBV survivors, adhering to the national guidance on case management of survivors.
∎ Closely work with case workers, outreach workers, volunteer etc. to ensure that best practices are respected and international standards are met in responding and preventing GBV.
∎ Providing assistance in data collection, input in KoBo, conducting FGD,
∎ Community Assessment Survey and community consultation in camps.
∎ Develop plans and activities in line with project.
∎ Maintain close contacts with local authorities in the Upazila and CiC; collaborate with authorities as necessary to protect people affected by gender-based violence.
∎ Assist in the development of concept notes, project documents and policy frameworks and research area and gender issues for best practices as directed by supervisor.
∎ Participate in gender related community of practice in the region.
∎ Support in writing stories related to programme and project developments as they relate to gender equality issues.
∎ Provide technical and programmatic leadership to community based mechanisms such as women's networks in Cox's Bazar operational area as needed.
∎ Facilitate training to the volunteer based on vulnerability and risk assessment.
∎ Carryout any other duties as outlined by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Females are encouraged to apply
∎ Experience in similar position or related field preferable
∎ Fluency in English, additional fluency in Bangla and Rohingya an advantage.
∎ Computer literate especially Microsoft word, excel database and power point. Knowledge of other software an advantage.
∎ Willingness to travel and stay in remote areas as required.
