We are looking for an energetic, ambitious and career-driven Quality Controller with strong practical experience in garment factories.

This role requires hands-on factory production experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage quality from production preparation and line feeding through sewing, finishing and final inspection.

• Feed production lines with clear technical instructions and approved quality standards.

• Demonstrate correct sewing operations and guide operators on machine handling and suitable production methods.

• Prepare efficient machine layouts, balance lines and resolve production bottlenecks.

• Identify fitting and construction problems and guide necessary pattern adjustments with the pattern team.

• Apply work-study knowledge, including SMV, time study, method improvement and manpower allocation.

• Troubleshoot sewing defects and production problems directly on the factory floor.

• Achieve required production output while maintaining consistent quality and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate with factory production teams, technicians and merchandisers.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Strong practical experience in a garment factory, preferably in production, technical, industrial engineering or quality functions.

• Sound knowledge of garment construction, sewing machines, folders, attachments, patterns and production methods.

• Proven ability to improve productivity and achieve quality standards through practical factory-floor support.

• Ability to lead and train operators and work confidently with factory supervisors and management.

• Energetic, proactive, responsible and eager to build a long-term career.

• Willingness to travel to supplier factories and work closely with production teams.

• Relevant technical education is preferred; proven practical ability will receive priority.

Salary: Negotiable, based on practical skills and experience.
