Key Responsibilities
For Sales & Marketing:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve target goals.
Identify market opportunities, generate leads, and build strong corporate relationships.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and conduct market/competitor research.
For Customer Care Support:
Handle incoming customer queries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, and social media.
Provide accurate product/service information and ensure premium customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal sales and technical teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain database records.
Requirements
Experience:
Sales & Marketing: 1 to 2 years of proven experience (Freshers are not allowed for this role).
Customer Care Support: 1 to 2 years preferred, but Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline. (Note: Running students are strictly discouraged from applying).
Joining Status: Must be able to join immediately upon selection.
Professional Standards & Skills:
Must be well-groomed, smartly dressed, and maintain formal corporate etiquette at all times.
Exceptional persuasive communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Strong behavioral, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
